About the pricing
Do I keep my existing provider accounts?
Yes. sendrules is BYO-provider — you attach your SES, SendGrid, Postmark, Mailgun, SparkPost, Brevo, Resend, Mailjet, Zoho, Google Workspace, O365, or custom SMTP credentials. You keep their pricing, their IP warmth, and their sender reputation.
What counts as one email?
One recipient. A message to five addresses is five emails. Inline Quality Gate rejections on unsent recipients do not count against your monthly volume.
What happens when I hit my monthly cap?
Nothing breaks. We queue rather than drop, and either meter overage at the published per-1k rate or release at the next midnight-UTC window if you have overage disabled. You choose per rule.
Can I mix providers inside one Grid?
Yes — that is the point. Attach any number of providers to a Grid and pick a strategy (round-robin, weighted, priority, random, sticky-sender, or MX-based ISP routing). Failover on temporary errors is automatic.
Do you offer dedicated IPs?
On Enterprise. Route, Fleet, and Command run on your attached providers' IPs, which is usually what our customers want — no second reputation to warm.
